That is why computers are collected directly from the customer’s premises, taken for repair at CPM’s national center in Petah Tikva, and returned to the customer when the work is complete. At times, repairs are carried out at the customer’s site, depending on the type of service required and the manufacturer’s warranty.
The national center operated by CPM is certified by the various manufacturers to perform diagnostic and repair services, both in the company’s lab and at the customer’s site. CPM’s professional team includes skilled, highly experienced technicians who undergo manufacturer training several times a year. The team has at its disposal some of the most sophisticated and advanced computer systems in the world.
CPM keeps the customer updated by text message at every stage of the process: from the moment the device is received at the lab, through fault diagnosis and ordering of the required parts, to completion of the repair and return of the device to normal operation.
